Abstract

The article explains the research "Community Mothers Social Process Facilitators to Improve Service and from the Community Homes" held with a group of women of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) in Bogota. Its objective was to improve and strengthen social skills by taking as a central communication, because the problem in the Association of Mothers, is the difficulty in communicating to each other, generating breakdown of communication channels and preventing work in team. They conclude that it requires personal change, to achieve collective change, respect and contribute ideas to strengthen the Association, establishing appropriate forms of communication, form working groups to implement cooperative actions on perceived needs in homes community and submit draft management institutions.
