Abstract

This paper explores the ways that human talent in the field of early childhood education, grants to the conceptions of childhood and child development and its relationship with the perspective of child rights. This category, along with four others, were analyzed in the investigation "Training programs of human resources in early education: Prospects for Change", developed by Cinde and supported by Colciencias in 2008. The research, among other things, revealed that there is correspondence between these conceptions and pedagogical intentions and actions of the professionals who care for children in primary education.
