Abstract

Representative of UNICEF in Colombia. He has represented UNICEF in Ecuador and Paraguay, and is in charge of UNICEF programs in eastern Europe. He has also worked in West Africa and Central America. He studied History (cum laude) at the University of California at Santa Cruz (1978) and Masters in International Relations from Columbia University, New York (1982).
