Educación ciudadana en escuelas rurales. Una indagación sobre estudiantes campesinos

Abstract
El presente artículo expone el resultado parcial de una investigación centrada en analizar las concepciones de ciudadanía en jóvenes residentes en un sector rural de Bogotá. Se presentan los hallazgos relacionados con la incidencia, horizonte y percepción de la educación ciudadana en la voz de estudiantes, docentes y padres campesinos en una institución educativa localiza en una vereda contigua a la ciudad capital. El estudio demuestra que predominan concepciones liberales de ciudadanía en coexistencia con otros modelos y con imaginarios que proyectan mayor valoración de la dinámica política de la ciudad a la vez que se resaltan elementos del campo pero sin mucha conciencia política.
