Abstract
El presente artículo pone de relieve la experiencia del pueblo indígena nasa del Cauca, en cuanto a su organización y formación (pedagógica) para la resistencia política y pacífica que históricamente ha sostenido frente al conflicto armado en Colombia. Para esto, se plantearon como argumentos centrales los resultados de la investigación “El papel de las prácticas pedagógicas en los procesos de gestación y consolidación de la Guardia Indígena del Cauca”, elaborada por las autoras en el marco de la Maestría en Desarrollo Educativo y Social del Centro Internacional de Educación y Desarrollo Humano (Cinde) y la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional.
