Apropiación de la formación investigativa en enfermeros

Abstract
El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la manera como han apropiado la formación investigativa los enfermeros egresados de la Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, Bogotá (Colombia), durante el año 2008. La metodología fue cualitativa interpretativa. Se recolectó la información mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los resultados permitieron concluir que la formación investigativa es valorada de forma positiva por todos los actores involucrados en el proceso y que se requiere continuar fortaleciendo las habilidades investigativas en docentes y estudiantes, a fin de alcanzar las metas propuestas al respecto.
