Abstract

This report presents the elements of study that have guided the analysis of an experience of quality accreditation in higher education. The investigation reveals the need to build a proposed "Strategic Action Model" for the program itself quoted, depending on the quality parameters recommended by the accrediting body: the Council for Accreditation of Engineering Education AC (CACEI). This guide describes the process of discovering and constructing the concepts which are formulated with nature and the elements to of proposal suggested: A Strategic Model of Performance-based self-evaluation as methodological focus, and based on socialization and communication as axes to build a culture of intrinsic quality of the program.
