Abstract
El presente artículo tiene como propósito mostrar las diferentes miradas con las que se aborda el tema de la ciudadanía, en relación con otros conceptos en las dinámicas democráticas como ciudadanía un concepto con historia; una mirada a la ciudadanía en Colombia, ciudadanía y escuela; tecnologías, medios de comunicación e impacto en la ciudadanía; Ciudadanía, participación y valores morales. Con base a una revisión documental, expone las diferentes investigaciones que se han realizado en su mayoría a nivel Latinoamericano y precisando el caso colombiano, con el que se pretende ayudar a comprender el concepto de ciudadanía expresada a lo largo de la historia y en diferentes escenarios sociales.
