FORMATION OF AUTONOMOUS PERSON: A REFLEXION FROM THE PRACTICE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO MAKE INNOVATION

Abstract
The formation of independent persons is essential in order to recognize that the dynamism that has the educative scope evidences the necessity to be understood like creative people, flexible and integral. It has in the base respect and freedom on the construction of knowledge, having as foundation the dialogue and the integration of knowledge in which teachers and students can fortify their subjectivity, assuming a political position against the domination and the inequality. For that reason, it is important to know the experience of institutions that make educative innovation with this approach.
