Abstract

Our world is changing and every day we face new challenges posed by changes in practices and appropriations in the world. Certainly, the advancement of information technology and communication has on the world new possibilities that impact the waythat scientific knowledge is being distributed. In this vein, magazines are beginning tosee in the electronic format a new way of spreading and transform their environment.This challenge is demanding new literacies must be accompanied by a weightedreflection and deep. Not taking into account the positive and negative, convenient and inconvenient, the limits and possibilities of new technologies could lead to defend or reject sectarianism without further argument that the changes we face
