Abstract
This article presents the different processes of construction of political subjectivities, made by a group of women in the organization Network of Women in the Middle Magdalena Colombia, emphasizing how this process potentiates the configuration of a female and feminist political subject, which empowers and positions in public and political spheres their different aspirations, thoughts, needs, views and feelings, through the undertaking of recognition of the human rights of women and their communities.
