Inclusión y discapacidad en primera infancia

Abstract
El presente artículo expone los resultados de una investigación, que tiene como fin comprender, a través de las prácticas pedagógicas, las subjetividades que se configuran en maestras y niños [1], en torno a procesos inclusivos de personas con discapacidad, en jardines infantiles de la Secretaria Distrital de Integración Social (Bogotá -Colombia). Es un estudio de tipo cualitativo, con enfoque hermenéutico y empleo de técnicas etnográficas.
A partir de este estudio, se evidenció cambios sustanciales en los agentes en la manera de comprender, pensar, sentir y expresarse frente a esta población y el proceso de inclusión, pasando de una subjetividad estructurante a una emergente; pues lograron construir a partir de las relaciones: lazos afectivos, sensibilidad, comprensión, tolerancia, respeto, valoración, aceptación y compromiso frente a sus características particulares. Reconociéndolos como sujetos de derechos, activos, con potencialidades que les permite interactuar en su medio, participar activamente y desarrollar habilidades a través de las prácticas pedagógicas propuestas.
