Abstract
With the formation of 4,800 parents and caregivers of children under five years and the presence of 30 municipalities, this strategy has become one of the most important in order to ensure access for boys and girls under five to comprehensive care, one of the assumptions on which is based Education Policy for Early Childhood, presented to the entire country in 2009.
