Abstract

The article presented below develops leadership as emerging category of the results of the investigation: "Young school ex ombudsmen as critical subjects: a look at three young men from Medellin in specific areas of socialization". In these young people, the leadership category emerges more strongly because of the importance they give on the one hand, the reflection on their actions, and secondly, the interaction with other subjects in their areas of political socialization. To identify, analyze and present the conceptions that have the three young school ex ombudsmen about their status as leaders, is part of the first recognition of the existence of different definitions, approaches and methods related to leadership, then establishing a dialogue with his reflections on the characteristics and social skills of a leader, and its relationship to the political subject and critical subject, and ends with a pedagogical strategy that involves the workshop as a methodology to enhance the formation of a leader who seeks social transformation.
