Nutrition in Initial Education as a Field of Pedagogical Experience
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article presents the results of the systematization of an experience conducted at the Inti Huasi Foundation: Casa del Sol, Waldorf institution, located in Teusaquillo, Bogotá. This systematization, as an inductive process, poses a reflection on the practice within its regular context, in a bid to make visible the learning processes that strengthen the proposal for children education. All of the above is part of a pedagogical perspective that integrates food, by giving to its value a new meaning for human development as one of the fundamental axes that allow the transformation of conditions for well being and learning. The results of this research are structured in five sections: The collective reconstruction of experience, knowledge, forms of action, senses and meanings, conclusions.
