Abstract

This year has commemorated the bicentenary of the arduous and not always successful independent of Latin American nations. They gather on this anniversary the various interests, memories, events, sometimes glorious, rather few, sometimes ominous, more than they should, and with all its historical weight impel us to the implacable court while always calls for reckoning. This is because a particular time which makes a stop on the road to watch the tour and glimpse turn what remains to be done, all to tune, and why not, correct the course of our Latin American destiny.
