Under a methodology of narrative analysis, the attitudes, ruptures, transformations and flourishing of care were evidenced, even in the dynamics caused by the armed conflict, thus concluding that in the midst of it a care crisis or a strengthening of themselves, which allows the expansion or limitation of solidarity, acceptance and compassion, which reinforces the importance of caring for oneself and for others, as well as consolidating it as a reparation mechanism.
