Abstract
Este artículo presenta una reflexión sobre cómo la construcción de la subjetividadpolítica de las mujeres en entornos comunitarios permite fomentar el desarrollo de sus territorios. El artículo parte de la investigación “Laconstrucción de subjetividades políticas en un grupo de mujeres integrantes de Fundamil (FundaciónMujer del Nuevo Milenio)”. La investigación siguió un enfoque cualitativoy el método de estudio de caso. Las técnicas utilizadas para recolectarinformación fueron revisión documental, entrevista semiestructurada y relato de vida.El análisis de la información se realizó mediante la técnica de análisis de contenido.Entre los principales hallazgos se encuentra que la voluntad de acción delas mujeres las llevó a profundos cambios en la cotidianidad, generando lazoscomo producto de la identidad colectiva y autoconciencia de su papel en la transformación de sus entornos. El trabajo comunitario fomentó en las mujeres su autovaloración de género y las empoderó como líderes en la promoción de latransformación de su contexto.
