Abstract

This article analyzes and reflects on how they can converge the meaning it brings the concept of citizenship with the inclusion of labor in a work setting based from a capitalist logic, in which production is the end in itself, and inclusive vocation capacity between the different social sectors is mediated by the establishment of institutional mechanisms that encourage acceptance of homogeneous patterns. These patterns, called for and registered in the functioning of the social system, promote hegemonic thoughts turn, unable to understand, appreciate and accept difference as a process of emancipation that is in favor of personal and collective development, and likewise, encourage freedom, the expansion of subjectivity and the restitution of individual and social rights.
