Justicia Climática desde Abajo: Organización Comunitaria en Contextos de Vulnerabilidad en Asentamientos Informales

Abstract
Este artículo analiza las formas en que la organización comunitaria en asentamientos informales contribuye a la construcción de justicia climática desde una perspectiva de base en contextos marcados por la vulnerabilidad estructural, la exclusión territorial y la ausencia de políticas públicas efectivas, las comunidades desarrollan estrategias autónomas para enfrentar los impactos del cambio climático. A partir de un enfoque cualitativo y participativo, se exploran experiencias locales de acción colectiva que abordan problemáticas como el acceso al agua, la gestión del riesgo, el manejo de residuos y la protección de ecosistemas urbanos, a través de cartografías socioecológicas, talleres de planificación regenerativa y entrevistas a 78 familias localizadas en barrios de asentamiento. El procesamiento de los datos narrativos se hizo a través de una codificación axial en el software Nvivo, el cual generó trazabilidad entre las categorías centrales de estudio justicia climática, organización comunitaria y las narrativas cotidianas. El estudio evidencia que, más allá de ser víctimas pasivas del cambio climático, las comunidades organizadas construyen saberes, redes y prácticas resilientes que desafían las desigualdades socioambientales. Se argumenta que estas iniciativas representan expresiones concretas de justicia climática desde abajo, al vincular las luchas territoriales con una agenda global de derechos y sostenibilidad.
